That swoshing sound of the Allison engine and the highly recognizable sound of the 206 rotors flapping always get my juices flowing! I just love it.. and always has.. ever since I was a little kid and watched jetrangers fly over my house.
And it's a really beautiful aircraft too! I can't think of any better timeless design than the 206's.. Even though it's over 40 years old it still looks awsome to me. Or am I just nuts?
they used this helicopter in a lot of 80's tv shows like airwolf, the a team, and knight rider, mcgyver, etc.
