I'd say they are about the same, but I'd give Rey Rey the edge, reason being, Mistico is fighting wrestlers like him who can cope with the moves, Rey is wrestling bigger, slower stars, so it makes him look slower. Put these two in the ring together when rey was in his prime, and it'd be a match made in heaven.
