Not exactly. I know the guy personally. He basically has his ways of working the lights. After all, if you haven't read the description, you'd know by now.

A homemade version of the flashing lights border made of yellow foamboard, black construction paper, and a set of christmas chasing lights.
The yellow foamboard gives the project a realistic-looking effect just like on The Price is Right!
