i've got all the series recorded from tv, BUT in this episode it is interrupted during the additional evidence due to technical problems! that footage must be worth its weight in gold!
I would say out of all 4 mrs white's she was the best one, she had the comic element as well as a darker side to her, just like her confession from upset to angry which i felt was very good and i don't think the other mrs whites could match bravo :D
So their you have it was mrs white she used the steal sharpner and killed simon in the kitchen. to the five suspcts who are wrong you free to go excecpt for mrs white she must stay to pay for a long time
I agree with ij. She's a huge acting talent, full of imagination. A pity she didnt try her hand at some more serious acting. She'd have made a great Shakespearian actor, not necessarily comic. I can see her as portraying Lady Macbeth or the late queen mother - if they ever make a film of her. There are 2 remarkable scenes in "Are yo being served" and "grace and favour" where her performances are purely tragic. Its true, trent535, seeing her crying in a part is pure tragedy. Way to go Mollie!
She's a ham actor. Anybody in the right mind can perform like that. There is no skill to it. It's like soap stars, they have nothing behind their performance. Everybody in the world has that ability - and if they don't, they must be tremendously incapable of reading out-loud.
you're wrong, i've seen "anybody in the right mind" try to perform like that, and it comes out stilted and emotionless. i don't think she's a ham, and even if she was, she has a lot of the charisma needed to be a successful actor, which she is, and a lot of personality. i think in this video, she found just the right level of emotion, and it was really intense. lol.
Michaela Strachan hasn't aged a day!

@sharplesal yes, i've seen that technical cock-up, a picture of a boxing ring came up on the screen. I'd love to know why?!

without a doubt the best mrs white in the series

I disagree greatly. June Whitfield was the top White in my opinion, followed by Pam Ferris.

Well, we shall agree to disagree. I found it boring and stale. But I guess acting is somewhat subjective, as is emotion. So we shall never agree...
