fuckin noob ever heard of ip adress?? everytime you open a torrent everyone (police to) can see your ip address from yuor comp or firewall, then the police have a HUGE list of ip's and can track down any ip they want from it. they take every day someone randommly, track him down and give him a ticket, if you have byed the game, then it's an other thing.

that was ok. in the begining spend most of it on spyies. none on wepons. try messing with them with pure propiganda.  let them finish each other off. keeping ur media up and keep producing money. so just propiganda and money and steal with spyies. then when u see that a leader is about to fall. then create some weapons. finish off every country when they are about to fall, just make the finishing move on the last building. the other countries wont touch you if u just attack with propriganda.
