Mainly for the simple fact for hackers with botnets, it makes is simple for the net to connect.

Thanks chris this is really helpful. But heres a question for you. If you have a dynamic IP address and your IP gets banned from a web site, what happens then, are you about to get back on that web site when your IP address changes or does it somehow stick to whatever IP address it changes to?

websites don't really ban your IP Address anymore mostly because it's to easy to change it they would ban your MAC Address because your MAC Address is a permanent form of your computers identification it is possible to change your MAC Address a process known as MAC Spoofing but only on your own Local Area Network

Its OK as I have a Static IP, but, I need a new fresh IP. But, Dynamic IP's can be hacked by hackers which then they will steal all your information, your credit card number, all that shit. So Static is better.

its actually easier for a hacker to hack someone with a Static IP Address than to hack someone with a Dynamic IP Address because a Static IP Address never changes unless you change it yourself you see the difference between Static and Dynamic is with a Static IP Address you assign it to your computer and with a Dynamic IP Address your router/modems DHCP Server assigns it to your computer

the mac is hardware not software...how you can chance mac...there is no way...cuz its hardware -.- maybe you can use a kind of layer that works like the real mac adress, know what i mean? i hope it helps
