Also, I really liked the Sky Temple in Twilight Princess. Zipping around in the sky with the dual hookshots was really fun. Cool boss too. Probably my favorite level in any Zelda game and my favorite level over all in recent memory.

The ENTIRE premise of bioshock is my favourite level ever.

I can't choose one, but the underwater city and retro 60s furniture and stuff just make it the most visually ORGASMIC looking game of all time.
