Wait!! I just saw an interview with ben lewry and George Tran. in it Gerge Tran states that the process doesn't work and he promotes another website... so what is it? did he really get the 3 homes? or was that a lie? I am following religiously his teachings in the e-book and I just saw the other video where he admits that he got foreclosed anyway.
so did he get the home free and clear or did he get foreclosed? I need to know if this really worked?
The crux of the problem with the law merchants is that they make the rules and then employ the force backing (guns and fists) to enforce the rule. And although they do publish the rules, they don't make it easy for the average man on the street to discover them and use their rules for personal advantage. One has to dig and research and experiment and risk their very freedom testing their research. Today, with the advent of the internet all that is changing. What was once hidden, is now revealed.
He has reclaimed 3 of his homes free and clear only in his mind. If there were deeds of trusts on these properties there still are. Legally this is wishful thinking All total bull. 200 hours and hes smarter than all the lawyers I know.
These properties are not free and clear without liens and encumbrances. Until a quiet title or other legally signed off by the court the properties are all up for future litigation.
The stamp on the 1st doc is the "certified copy" stamp used by the county recorder to validate the document. It denotes a "certified copy" that can be entered into any legal and/or administrative proceeding.
