Just saw this video today (5/22/10). Nice job, I made one out of cherry on my shopsmith. It looks very similar to yours. I didn't think of using the twist drill to smooth the grooves. I'll try that on my next one. What brand sawblade do you use? It doesn't look like Shopsmith brand. Did you have to enlarge the hole? I've done that with a couple of Sears blades and am considering doing it again. Ron kd7lt
