you can change if you want the server to be for everyone or for only premium when you go to something.. I think it was like the server options or something, where you change Admins, Monster's Enabled and that stuff, you can change for premium or not premuim...sorry for the long explanation... :)

Hey if when you download and it only says Minecraft_Server only and youre usng PC just change the name and add ".exe" and it will recognize the file as an application and it should turn into the normal mincraft symbol.

hey skippy please make a tutorioal for this problem well my friend gave me links to download both minecraft and hamachi. my copy however does say unlicenced does this have to do with me not bieng able to get online. if it isnt i have another possible reason when i try to open hamachi my pc says there is already an earlier version on my system and it wont open so this may this is stopping me from multi. i think this is the reason because my friend is able to get on servers with those same files

BTW what was wrong with the server you tried to download for windows is that you need to rename it and just keep it the same way and add .exe to the end and it will work everytime.
