The killer in the first is unknown until the end. It appears to be Pamela Voorhees. She says he child (Jason) drowned at this camp (Crystal Lake) while camp conselors were having sex abd she's there to take revenge. She is killed beheaded at the end by the Protagonist. Then starting to part two. Jason appears to be alive and he's back to kill.
