Red bell pepper is the most important part from my research...unless nigerians are more particular then Ghanians on the red and or orange pepper!

@MulattoBrothaGW just a word of advice: never leave any left over can food in the can, always put in a bowl, cover it up and refrigerate. Can is metal and will rust, thus causing food poisoning.
