I say it'd been better fit if it was Tsukasa cutting Konata with the saw for stealing away her dear sister (there exists doujin where Tsukasa is upset that Konata took away Kagamin, btw). That way, the ahoge will serve its purpose, too.
I also remember a fanart with Tsukasa sitting next to a flower pot with a blue ahoge sticking out. You could assume she cut Kona's head off and...yeah.
