Die D-AIHM ist defintiv eine A340-600. Das ergibt sich ja alleine schon aus der Kennung ...HM. Außerdem wird bei den Sicherheitshinweisen auf die Toiletten im Lowerdeck hingewiesen. Die gibt es nur bei der -600er. Auch hat nur die -600er 10 Notausgänge (Sicherheitshinweise...). Die -300er hta schliesslich nur 8 Exits.

flight time 10:20 hrs, hmmm, I was sitting up front on that same flight and my flight log shows roughly 9:35hrs , guess you are a bit off. interesting enough my buddy took Hotel Mike back to MUC and he reported some serious weather (lightning) during the climb........

@bosvg calculated flighttime was only 9 hours. but there were severe weather conditions at charlotte while approaching and we made quite long and wide holding patterns, so we were quite late and more than an hour late.

so your 9,5 hrs and my 9hrs 35 min are pretty in line I would say!

this is indeed a very nice video with a very high quality. I can´t believe that Lufthansa is still providing their old first class with their very small TV sreens. At 00:45:32 you can compare directly this small screen with the guests own laptop. I ´m sorry but if your company not paying for it,

I ´m not seeing spending money for this. you get so much more for your money with singapore airlines or emirates. btw their new first class is from my point of view not impressive too

@SDLTQX I have to agree. Look - I am sure they are a very good carrier with a pretty good safety record and very professional no doubt. However, I agree. If you are going to talk about the best of the best, it is difficult to go past Singapore and/or Emirates as the world's best airlines. You pay a premium for them though of course. Personally, I love Singapore Airlines though I have never travelled with them First Class, I have nonetheless travelled SIA on numerous occasions Business Class.

@FliegerPAD keine ahnung mehr, es waren einige. ich weiß nur, dass ich alle aufnahmen roh zu einer datei verschmolzen habe, die 2 Std 50min material hatte. die habe ich dann hier auf 1 Std 30 runtergekürzt. kannste also vielleicht etwas einschätzen...

At this time I'm a New Zealand Airpoints member (a part of Star Alliance) and t get to old you have to earn points by taking flights.

@Hikairoawetere about 9 hours planned flight time, but due to the weather conditions on arrival in the Charlotte area we had to make several holding patterns, so that flight last about 10 hours and 20 minutes.
