Just reclarify my first statement- it is for the most part true that children for their sexual identities from their parents, and that likelihood of children developing Homosexual identities DOES INCREASE in gay & lesbian households, as well as broken homes & homes with step parents- especially step fathers and households with single mothers! Just reclarify my first statement- it is for the most part true that children for their sexual identities from their parents, and that likelihood of children developing Homosexual identities DOES INCREASE in gay & lesbian households, as well as broken homes & homes with step parents- especially step fathers and households with single mothers! Even though the majority of kids do end up having heteroxesual identities! -- Clarification, I hope my info put many issues on both sides in perspective

More on study: roughly 36.5% of children from gay homes developed homosexual identities, (Female children being majority), roughly 45% of children from lesbian homes formed homosexual identities (Females being majority). Compared to just 4.3% of children of intact Heterosexual homes, and 28% of children from broken heterosexual homes (Single mother & Step father presence homes)! Again instances of homosexual identity where higher for girls than with boys.-I hope this helps clear-up stuff :-)

Paul Cameron, the author and main source of your 'data', is a prominent anti-gay champion and has been discredited by the American Psychological Association, The American Sociological Association and The Canadian Psychological Association.
Cameron's so called 'research' is highly methodologically flawed. Homophobic bile coming from a raging homophobe is not 'hard data' and 'fact', I'm afraid.

@Eramaajarvi - The APA & ASA & the CPA are all organization who are under heavy infulences of gay activism & their postions on this issue up until a couple of years ago was that of activist advocacy, these are countries where organization will do anything to avoid lawsuites, and they don't want to be sewed by Gay Activists. But the Hard facts speak for themslves, not some made up #s by gay activists - who have an agenda, these people don't have an agenda.

If you read all the liturature like I did & list them here You'll see that the proof exists, and many pro-gay scientists who come to the same conslusions conceal the data. @idaman12345 - last summer the APA published an article on it's journal “A Meta-analytic Examination of Assumed Properties of Child Sexual Abuse Using College Samples.” where it claimed that "“the negative effects [of sexual abuse on boys by men] were neither pervasive nor typically intense.”--Robert Bauserman is one of the authors of the article, has associated himself with the pedophilia movement - to lower the age of concent for boys from 16 to 10 with adult males! - this is just 1 example

Actually there is proof that 4 D most part children do form their sexual identities from thier parents, BECUZ sexual identity has so much to w/ attachment issues as children; 3 studies have shown that children of gay & lesbian parents are more likely to form homosexual sexual identities!: Walter Schumm University of Kansas (2010) Chistopher Rosik acutally reviewed his research, as well as Cameron's for the most part do form homosexual identities-- especially girls raised in lesbian households!

I say in respect and in kindness that is so good to form strong loving bonds with same sex to quell the slant but do not get into bed with them. God love Gays move, he understands they are coming from a sad vunerable painful place and sexualizing that pain. So they deserve more kindness and more understanding and MORE respect. But I do hate the way two of my gay pals "make me" or "expect me" to Play along and accept and I simply do not accept and cannot voice it. I understand 100%.

A side note, the studies showed that the children of homosexual parents were happy and well adjusted. They in fact showed that the children were better off with homosexual parents then with heterosexual parents. Although my hypothesis would be that is because gay people can't do things like have children by accident, they have to be in a good financial situation first etc. Although that still provides a case for a superiority of homosexual parenthood.
