I would also always have 2 witness' that give you Affidavits of truth, saw ad, with you at recorders, etc. ;) If a claim goes un-rebutted for 30 days, 10 in some states, then claim stands as fact.

@Soulfree2008 lol, sorry about that :P uh, in my state you can get a certified copy of land patents for 1 $ & S.A.S.E. then you have to do legal description of land/survey. Give notice in paper of claim & legal description for at least 3 days. Attach copies to land patent. Record w/ county recorder. I would also always have 2 witness' that give you Affidavits of truth, saw ad, with you at recorders, etc. ;) If a claim goes un-rebutted for 30 days, 10 in some states, then claim stands as fact.
