The car is JK's own '58 Bentley S1 Park Ward Continental (with not v nice white wall tyres) and is perfect for the video. The girl is Heidi Klum. Yes, again v fine. The song is superb, and captures early Jamiroquai funk such as Emergency on Planet Earth, an album which was essential listening back in '94. Unfortunately, JK went downhill from then on IMHO, apart from this rare blip....oh well at least he has his rather fine collection of cars....
