What you have to do is have completed 5 property mission assets (example -all missions in kaufman cabs -etc. ) + having a lot of money(can"t remember the exact amount to receive the call...

This mission was soo easy, I just rammed their bikes with a car. The funny thing though happened with the third collectors. After killing Malibu Club colectors, I met last ones on the bridge, I drove in front of them and rammed with my car and they BOTH fell from the bike into the WATER and died instantly. Mission passed. LoL. So funny how they both flew out off the bridge.

@tinsaint Print works, and you MUSt buy it because otherwise you wont get a call from Lance and you won't finish the game. So you must complete at least 6 property missions including Print works.

if people have trouble getting this, then i'll explain off of memory. at a certain point in the game, you are allowed to buy certain properties. not all are needed, just a certain number and malibu and the print shop have to be two of them. if you do every mission for each property, you start making money from it. i believe completing 8 properties is the magic number you need. then you get a call which starts this last series of missions. great game.

@MajinArenahappypants woops. 8 is the amount of properties you can buy. boatyard, cherry popper, cabs, showroom, printworks, film studio, malibu, and pole posistion. so i think its only 6 needed. some say malibu isn't required, but in all honesty its the best one. i'd reccommend skipping the car showroom and the boatyard. the others are much easier or more enjoyable to complete.

buy the "Print-Works" (Money Printing Factory) in 2nd island, u'll get a few missions there to complete One of the missions z this mission,

to get to this factory, goto 'StarFish Island', then take the bridge to 2nd island, afta crossin' the bridge take right, then take the second left, then without turnin' go straight u'll Bump directly into this factory,
