@NongChen Unfortunately metallic is annoying. Only way to use metallic that was is to Shift > Shift really fast. BUT, say while you're holding down w/s/a/d and hit Shift, you actually have to let go and then press Shift to cancel the metallic. So... not the best choice. I wish though.

Actually I knew this stuff already but i haven't realized how much it helps you out. However Canceling using the shift key is a pain in the ***.

And yes the Sentry Gun/Nell placement animation can be canceled too! Canceling Mind Shock/Energy could help too. Hell you can even cancel the Smash Rifle Meele Attack!

Also note : You can also cancel actions with Bind. But i am sure you can't cancel that into a dodge.

Yeah the shift key takes some getting used to... I used to just do that on the bridge on ST-2 in jump rooms for 1 half (pretty sad, but it turned out useful). LOL You can cancel the Smash Rifle melee attack? OMGLOL. Thx for the info!

Thanks for the input! I am aware that Bind does cancel actions, but it doesn't let you dodge, and has its own delay, so I didn't include it. Thanks though! (/^_^)/

@1:53 , you just cancelled bullets from coming out of the gun

not really efficient using cancelling with spray guns

i'd stick with shotguns

Yupup! Some of the semi-automatics require you to shoot a certain number of bullets before allowing you to do anything else. Just showing you can cancel that. I RARELY do that when I have the SMG on, but as you see in the examples at the end @ 4:37 with the SMG. I don't do it a lot, but it's happened a few times that it's been handy. You're right, I mainly use it with the 1-click-1-shot guns, definitely.

Using Fraps to record @ 576x360. I use Sony Vegas Pro and blow it up to 1280x720. If you need more details PM me here or in-game. I'm just using tips guys on the S4 forums told me.

Eh kinda. It really depends on how fast the other person is moving cos there's a delay in between when you let go and the actual shot. Practice with sentries in practice mode while you move/jump around so you get the basic idea. Then practice in touchdowns, cos people like to move in a straight line. Start with Tunnel or ST-2 or Colo. Then from there. Have fun xD What's ur IGN nao? I saw a KO the other day, didn't know if it was u.

The tricks on here are a little late, and not widely used due to the fact no one likes to try.

I use them all the time. I've seen a few that do too, and if you put it together with decent aim, it's pretty painful. It's saved my ass a crapload of times.
