Probably the most effective of all therapies but why the fuck put it on youtube ? You just come across as loopy. Like throwing the proverbial pearls to the swine.
I didn't want to do it at first and it took me a few times to surrender to the process. Then it changed my life. I want to thank you for teaching me the power that Rebirthing brought to me. It has helped me get past the deep anguish and sadness at loosing several loved ones in my life. It got me in touch with my creative ability that God sent me here with. I experienced that I am responsible for all of my life the way it is and the way it is not just by my own thoughts and words.
