this movie was so dumb. Nature fights back and killed everyone because he ran over a kangaroo, didnt recycle a plastic bag and killed a sea cow. They all deserved death because of this and nature made sure justice was served.

He played well a drunk, nasty Man.

I was sooo DAZZLEd by James's SEXy body, PROficient acting, etc that I overlooked the fact that he does SURF here. I bet (like with fencing in TheCount of MonteCristo and GOLF in BobbyJones-Stroke of Genius) he did his own STUNTs, they didN't use a body double, FALLguy. We already know he plays basketball, swims, shoots, RIDEs horses, even smokes, etc. I bet he can snowSki, play tennis, POLO and do Martial ARTs. What a MAN! I wonder if he PLAYS chess, etc. Most PLAYERs do

GodBless DIVINE JimCaviezel! Despite ACTing like a Nasty Man (i hoped just 4 a Bad/Naughty Boy) still, I was more impressed than with John Cusack's -1408-. I am in no way an eco nazi (proud hunter and NRA member), but this is sounds really interesting and creepy. i agree he shouldn't have been shooting bottles in the ocean or hunting out of season without a permit, and this sounds like the most interesting "mother nature's gonna f@$k you" instead of the annoying disaster movies.

I like James here despite playing a RUDE , DRUNK , Nasty Man.
The bit where he's AMUSEd and EXCITEd coZ got attacked by an Eagle is so well played. I didN't think acting was a PROfession/job ( John Cusack used 2 b my Fav . even in silly/easy work like -Pushing Tin- , etc ) but James is magnificent here by being MAGNIFICENTly "Bad", i.e. a Naughty Boy!
