I watched a documentary about a man who also woke up after being put in a morgue. It was seriously interesting. Pretty cool stuff! He had died from a car accident. When I die, I'd love to get a second chance at life.

The poor woman must have been quite upset waking up in a Morgue. I think I'd want a cigarette after such a harrowing experience, too. i disagree wit sum of the comments on life support.my great-grandmother was on life support and dey said she wasnt go make it but she pulled through and she still alive 2day and also my aunt was life support and she pulled through it to now she wlkin and driving lik nothing neva happened so life support can save people lifes

The poor woman must have been quite upset waking up in a Morgue. I think I'd want a cigarette after such a harrowing experience, too. But it would have been nice for them to make her a bit more comfortable and bring her some water and a pillow. I hope she lives long enough to laugh about the experience. It's not surprising that this happens with a lack of doctors and proper facilities and perhaps people qualified or with a stethascope to check for vitals. She's a strong old lady!

Haiti is a very poor country with poor education particularly in the areas far from cities and business districts. So many of those who live in the villages speak a Patois which is French mixed with other dialects. The news man was spoke French though the Haitian accent may make it difficult to understad.

This has happened many times in the past as it does today in less developed or neglected funeral rites. If the doctors do not examine the body properly the person could just be n a coma like state. Showing no trace of life. This usually happens in a quick burial situation. She dies this mourn. Tonite we will bury her."omg' she's not really dead. People have been buried alive because of this.
