I never played it on the 360 but on the PS3 it works great, granted it does mess up on some workouts but for the most part it works, it provides an intense high cardio workout and very rarely messes up, If you have the self motivation to use this as a workout tool then I would highly suggest getting it. I would easily rate this on the PS3 a 9 out of 10.

I really like this exercise game I have the kinect version and have had no problems at all with it's tracking maybe it's because I got it after the updates came out but anyways, I like the range of exercises you get and that you can use your own weights for more intensity wii fit didn't work much for me it was low intensity but I'm really focused on cardio and strength seeing as I'm already skinny and just wanting to tone up. It really feels like a workout not a game.

I'm not a fan of EA but this game is really good after the updates. This is not as hardcore than P90x but it is more practical in alot of ways. If done right you get a good workout, and I mean by more practical I mean it's something that you don't have to absolutely kill yourself every workout. Downside you have to buy real weights for it like 25lb to 35lb dumbells and a small exercise mat, or stronger bands.

From what I've seen from this video, this game is alot better on wii because there you get an actual movement tracker for your leg to track exactly what you're doing, and it seems way more reliable than this kinect version.

lol i love how people think this is a game, this is more of a tool, here's a solution, download P90X, get a gym membership and buy this "Tool" and your all set, definitely great thing for the winter. I have P90X and it works great, especially ab ripper x, but if i see tonys face on the tube one more time i may have to smash the damn thing, it gets old fast. especially when you know when his terrible jokes are coming up. and just for the record there of TONS of women that hate public gyms.

I like how the kinect works with this game.. but you DO need atleast 6 feet from you and your sensor and atleast 8 feet each side of you as it requires to jump, squash, sit ups etc! Good workout for those that dont do any kind of exercise at all.. but you are probally better going to a local gym or one near by and start using their cardeo workouts to burn calerioes and weights to build muscle in arms and legs!

Means when it comes to gaming you can sit and enjoy the likes of COD and Halo!

So: Menu is terrible, voice commands are terrible, not all exercises track your body, you must have a 6x8 foot space and sensor must be placed 3 feet off the ground otherwise you'll get trouble, the trainer is annoying and says you're screwing up, it's painful, it's not working 100% of the time, costly....

Not everyone has the motivation to go outside and run or workout. Some people need someone to tell them what to do and push them. Personal trainers cost you an arm and a leg and you can't rely on friends to help you workout. This is a perfect way to have that personal trainer without leaving your home. Who cares if it's 100$, better than what you pay at a gym.  I say go for it!
