can you guys tell me where I can download the KOF 2003 rom for neoragex? so far I've downloaded like 3 roms and all of them are damaged (i.e. you can't see the caracther,etc)

I think you'll do best using another emulator. If after downloading 3 times, and none of them is working, maybe it's the emulator or the bios you are using.

Neoragex is quite old now and is discontinued and no longer updated. Use Winkawaks, Nebula, Final Burn Alpha or MAME instead. All of these use the same romset. ^_^
