Their fire and vitality is still evident in their devotion to one another, and to finding new ways to make new music after 30 long years. So it isn't always their best music, every time. That is an oxymoron anyway.

The U2 I fell madly, passionately in love with when I was 11. The fire that bellowed out of Bono couldn't be beat in those days. I listened to Wham! and Duran Duran and all that, but U2 was my heart. I still love them, but it's not the same, you know? :-)
We dont see Larry playing the drums like this nowadays.
