I think, now I might be wrong here. Because you were standing up, the attack got your legs, and so that's why everything hit you. I'm sure I've seen the attack blocked whilst crouching before, but I could be wrong.

It can be parryied if you buy Street fighter 3 Thirdstrike limited edition for the PS3 there is an instructional video that shows it. The auto parry feature for some reason won't parrying it.

@rocker9375 Wrong. Can't be parried on emulator, Dreamcast/PS2's training mode WITH all parries on or extra options and can't be parried in 3rd Strike Online Edition's training mode with auto-parry.

in anniversary collection you can set the computer to parry all and when you do seraphic wing it will parry everything, so technically it can be parried
