That's an interesting philosophy ... I might try it sometime ... LOL

In all seriousness, I didn't really care that I didn't know how to roll. I learned how to pop the skirt and escape very efficiently, and I got lots of practice at keeping track of all my gear, and emptying my boat ... also very good experience before getting on the big water :D
