If it were not for the Odyssey Nightmare, I would not have to fight a war against Titan AE just to protect Lion King and my peace animals like Timon the Meerkat. I apologize for my rant, I may have overreacted. However, Titan AE really brings up my deepest childhood regret from a time before Titan AE. That regret was a 706 day long time from Sat 8/36/1995 until Fri 8/1/1997 lasting alomost two years when I hated Timon & Pumbaa all becauseof something that I misinterpreted. I call this regretted past obsession Anti-Timon & Pumbaa Fanaticism (ATPF). I am still a peace-loving free spirit with a men's neckwear (bow tie) that I promise to NEVER tie:)

Secondly, I'm pretty surprised by the ranting the clip evoked recently. I know that "Titan A.E." was met with a mixed critical response, but I don't think that the movie is more violent than any Disney production (including "Lion King"). I can't see that "Titan A.E." campaigns for destroying the planet (I have to add that I'm with Greenpeace). It's a story about identity, about a father-and-son-relationship, and about finding a place, a home. I like "Titan A.E." for that.

Main reasons it flopped at the box office. 1- although it was animated, the hero wasn't 5 years old with a crap animal sidekick. 2 - It had an awesome soundtrack by band like Texas. 3 - it appeals to grown up, not mongos who like films such as High School Musical, Ace Ventura, Lion King, etc

They promoted the movie like this in movie theatres, before it came out....I was disappointed that Higher wasn't included in the movie, it was powerfully blended with the images.
