  • @SammyTx03 I never thought of that!!!! Great idea!

  • We watched this video in class to get some ideas for how to protect our egg from cracking.

    Thanks!

  • Yay! THAT is exactly the reason I shared it! I watched other videos to give me ideas for this one so I'm glad I could do the same for someone else!

Just a little sad that you used chocolate spread lol X D

  • I have to do this for a school project... 3 story building. this is gonna be interesting...

  • Hi! Great ideas! I'm so nervous for my egg drop! I can't use things like tape and stuff, so I'm stuck. We have to do it in a Leonardo Da Vinci style...anyways! Well done!!! :D

  • What version is this?It sounds GOOD!

    Nice experient tho

  • what was the objective of this project? does it involves friction gravety etc.

  • great song first of all...beatles, wonderful choice always :)

and thanks this helped for some ideas for my project comming up soon

  • omg i want to eat that chocolate at the end

  • Nice video:) but what a waste of food:S

  • its like every one is doing this for 5th grade

  • ok. now when you flipped that bowl of cereal over. u did it so fast i think you could have broke the egg

  • The noodles were too hard to cushion an egg.

  • This was really helpful, I haven't done a egg dropping project in school yet, but I will soon, so this helped me alot! It was also really enjoyable to watch, I thought that the egg in the cereal would break. Thanks for sharing this video!

  • Hi, this video is really cool. How old are you? I am probably as old as you and would never be able to add the music and effects that you did. I have a science project egg drop on monday, and this totally helps. Thanks so much!

P.S. If you reply to this comment, please do not comment about my grammer/punctuation/spelling, thanks...

  • thanks, but we have to bring in materials from a list and paper bowls aren't on it. :(

  • thx 4 the ideas but i made one with mah imagination and well it worked sort of

  • good video and song :)

  • Ty for your tests, now i can steal your ideas. XD

  • you suck you stupid little girl you get mad for everythingg you have no life .

  • First of all it should be, "You suck. You are a stupid little girl and you get mad about everything. You have no life." This is called the English language. We use upper and lower case letters to differentiate words in a sentence. We also use this thing called punctuation. Now... let's reconsider who is the stupid one here... hmmmmmmmmm??????

  • U Tell HIM!

  • Thanks for the cheer! It has really been shocking to me to see how many people have really mean things to say about an experiement I did for a school project last year! I just posted it to help other kids with ideas but... wow! It is like people are looking for a reason to say something nasty. It's sad huh?

  • I Know Right? Thanks Though Im Doin the same expirement ur noodle bowl thing is kool (i stole it) and used sand so it soakes up more force

  • Cool! I didn't think of sand!I just used what I could find around the house! Let me know if it works!

  • yeah i finished and wrote up my report and got an a+

    hahah where r u from?

    im aussie

  • Congratulations on the A+!! I'm from the USA (Pennsylvania!)

  • Me 2 !

  • ive just shwon this to my grade 3 kids they loved it!

  • @sndbmd13 Oh yeah. Well I didn't look at any comments they're probably far back. but just by looking at the like dislike ratio I was utterly surprised. IMO this experiment was well done!! Awesome job! Thumbs up!!! =D

  • @sndbmd13

They're just dirty trolls, don't listen to them :c lol -shoots them all and their dumb comments- 8D\

  • oh god no THE BEATLES??

  • you should have cooked the noodles

  • You should have done YOUR OWN experiment so you could control what materials were used. This was MY experiment so I did it the way I wanted to.

  • wow. Touchy. I wasn't criticizing, it was just a suggestion and the thing about suggestions is you don't have to take them. You also don't have to get upset over them. And I did do an egg drop experiment of a three story building. Had to do it for class. If anything your post helped me. Try not to get worked up over one comment.

  • No, I'm not being "touchy"... I'm making a suggestion... cook noodles for your OWN experiment. Like you said, the thing about suggestions is you don't have to take them and...you also don't have to get upset over them. You should take your own advice and try not to get worked up over one comment.

  • your so annouying all you do is drop it from like six feet high off the ground i threw my egg of a 3 story school like a footbal with a 10 by 10 by 10 box with alayer of cooton balls and it worked try doing that.

  • You know what is REALLY annoying? People who don't know how to spell the word annoying.... or the word football... or the word cotton. I won't even begin with your puncuation. Are you sure you didn't fall off the building with your egg and hit your head? It is really hard to believe you attend school let alone completed a experiment. Maybe you should try layering your head in cotton.

  • THANKS!

  • You are welcome!

  • thanks so much this REALLY hepled :)

  • It was really fun too! Glad it helped!

  • Thank you so much. My daughter is doing a project similar and you have inspired her.

  • Thank you for saying something nice!

  • we did a egg drop today at school and they are drpping the eggs off the school roof

  • Wow! That sounds like fun!

  • do u think this will work for 100 feet?

  • I don't know but it's worth a try!

  • Thats a good song!

  • Nice!

  • may i please have the music you used on the video? and thanks for the ideas

  • Beatles-I am the walrus

  • holy shit thats a beatles song? i never would have guessed.

  • I Am the Walrus - The Beatles

  • Had to make it long enough to satisfy my school assignment requirements!

  • you have a friend with a playhouse...?

    :/

  • Yes she built it with her Dad when she was six years old...

  • aaaa hahahahahaha! 5:30 . the door opened!!

  • You seriously need to get a life...

  • ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • THANK YOU! I have to do an egg drop. But its off my school! That is almost 65 ft!

  • WOW! That's crazy high!

  • i got an A. and it was VERY HIGH

  • GREAT JOB!!!!

  • ok wats the force called or wats it called when the egg hits the concrete and stops moving

  • newton's second law of motion learned it today in school :)

  • Awesome video. I will be using this video in my classroom to teach my kids about hypothesis and variables.

  • we cannot use youtube at ours. only teachertube.

  • wow great video, I was sure the icing one would have broke :)

  • you just gave me my idea for my freshman science class=) thank you

  • that was great!!

  • I like scrabled eggs

  • What the crud

  • i was certain the 5th one would not break

  • we did our in school from the top of the gym about 60 ft? or more

  • WTF!

  • Weird.......................

  • I saw the video in school I had the song in my head for weeks

  • Sorry!

  • i did this before i saw this video with parachute !

  • Did it work?

  • Funny test:P

  • Thanks!

  • This is great! it's awesome that you're interested in doing experiments and learning.

    five stars

  • Thanks for the encouragement!

  • great video. good job with the experiment. I like your choice of song too. I'm doing the same experiment for science tomorrow. It should be fun after seeing your video.

  • Did your egg break???

  • i used 12 different things to stop the egg from breaking and the only thing that helped was a cube made from straws with the egg suspended in the middle from all four corners.

  • omg i love this song!!!!!!woot i am walrus

  • what are the ingredients in making the chocolate icing??? I want to know it 'coz maybe I might use it in our science fair games and I could win our class...!!! pls. help me... Thanks a lot!!! GOD BLESS you...

    -eRICKa-

  • As you can see in the video, the icing is store bought... I don't have a recipe for it. You can buy it in the grocery store.

  • 5 stars for the experiment

    1 star for the song

    average = (5+1)/2 = 3 stars = you pass

    congrats

  • the egg people are mean

  • aside fron the chocolate icing, wat do you think can i use as substitute for that icing??

please help me for my project!

  • maybe peanut butter!

  • mmm, that icing sure makes me drooling. like the video.

  • Great job on the video and the experiment!

  • Thank you!
