  • 2 people not haven cats

  • Very nice - I had figured out the whole song except the bit where the beat kicks in and you've got the Gmaj7, Cmaj7, E, Am7. Thanks!

I would like to say though that you've labelled some chords incorreclty - a lot of chords you've indicated as 7ths are in fact major 7ths.

Also, the verse progression is not the same as the intro! Instead of going Cmaj7-D6-Em, it is actually Cmaj7-Bm-Em. That second chord should be B-D-F#, with a B bass.

Good work, and thanks for sharing!

  • Outstanding... Very impressive.

  • cooL!!

  • where can I find the sheet music to this. BTW: thanks so much for posting this. Excellent. I will try it when I finally rescue my piano out of my storage unit. Hope to do it soon..

  • How is this a tutorial? Might as well be called a cover, with sheet music link in description. Waste of my time.

  • @ottocento80

    Politely STFU

This tutorial was very well done, Go play in traffic scrap.

  • wow, I started playing piano for 5 hours ago, and you've already taught me this song. You are a hero!

  • Amazing! Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial and sheet music!

  • Is really good, but is too fast for me to see all the chords, you have mentioned you have the music sheet, is there a way you can send it to me? it would help me to understand a bit better

  • Nice post!!

  • on 0:44 play D F# B with a G bass instead of D G B ....the chord should be a Gmaj7 instead of G major.....try it...it adds a lot of color...

  • Calming to listen to

  • This song must be freakin' hard to learn!

  • you're the best man, thanks!

  • Hey man, this helped me a lot! I think that when Al plays the D chord, the notes are: B, A and then F# (and not D), excuse me if I'm talking nonsense :P

    Keep it up!

  • Very nicely done! Added to one of my favorites' lists! =)

  • could you make it slower please??? i cant really read sheet music..

  • If you still read this, thanks for posting this!!

  • I will practise this untill i am note perfect.. thank you

  • only if The Pet Shop Boys would cover this song

  • @donnielordz hell no!! they just make techno covers!!

  • Thankssss

  • Your transcription has a C7 as the opening chord, but it's really a Cmaj7 as played. In fact, almost every Cmaj7 is on the sheet as a C7. I assume it's the way Logic transcribed the piece. You probably know this already though, lol.

  • nicee!! but it is it's a little fast :(

  • Sound really nice, i play guitar myself and was wondering if someone played the piano part, i stumbled on you. again very good.

    Gr Henk

  • your piano are very strange O_O look the left

  • I try'd to learn, but it don't know piano chords for my life. And its a little hard to see.. but i do like the idea of the fish eye lens thing to see all the keys.

  • Good tutorial. I appreciatat the time people take to not just perform, but show us beginners how to manuever our hands and the chording to follow. Your efforts are appreciated. I was particularly interested in learning the various chording on the musical interlude breaks. Thanks for taking the time.

  • could u play this slower???

  • AWESOME!!!!!

  • uUUAAUAUUAU!!!!!! nice !!

  • omg thank you so much! I have been looking for sheet music on this song forever.

  • Thanks for the tutorial. Can't wait to play along of one my all-time favorite songs.

  • Great tutorial! Gladly subscribed!

  • Great tutorial! It's a C7M, not a C7, though. Nice job :)

  • nice job correcting but its really a CMaj7, though. Nice job :)

  • @losttoes92 It's actually the same thing, mate. It's just that I am Brazilian, and here we use both nomenclatures, "CMaj7" and "C7M", but mostly C7M. That's due to the fact that in Portuguese language, the adjective comes after the noun, so we read "C 7 Major", and we only use a capital M for the word major.

  • oh my bad man i didnt know

  • Good tutorial, but in the verse you can use C B- E- not C D E- ,

at 1:54 B is major not minor and is always major for the rest of the song, cheers !!!

  • Great tutorial! realy well played!

    thanks ; )

  • goood!

  • Nice video and nice tutorial

  • Hi, I would like to get the sheet of this song. I like it a lot and I think that this tutorial is very good, but...could anyone help me?? thank you!

  • Look in the description. There should be a link to the sheet.

  • Great tutorial!

  • nice video congradulations

  • congratulations and thank you very much

  • thanks for the video! i have wanted to learn this for a while and now I can do it too!

  • @Ottocento80 You are an idiot, my misguided friend.

  • Dude, your so amazing... See, i was looking for the sheetmusic so I could play it at my nephews wedding, and I finally found it ^^! THANKS SO MUCH

  • ok! thanks! I´ll check the sheet music! :)

  • good! but not to fast you need to show the movements you do!

  • Fair enough, I've watch tutorials for other things (such as guitar) and felt the same way. It's hard to find the balance. A 'too slow' video can be too innefficient and harder to remember. Hope the sheet music helps.

  • @MinorAchievements Do you have an original transcription for this song. I could sit for hours trying to get the fingerings, but it would be much easier to read it

  • @MinorAchievements i noticed you mentioned that you have the sheet music. could you send to me. thx

  • @pukarla sometimes a slower version can be calming, different Tempo's sooth the soul.

  • Excellent! I really enjoy listening this song

    thanks a lot!

  • Thanks for this great little vid. It's in my repertoire, and you've very generously filled in some of the gaps!

  • Wow!!! You're incredible!! This tutorial will hep me a lot, but I was wondering if you had any sheet music to go along with it? If not then it's okay. I should do great with this!! Thanks for posting it!

  • cool, thanks

  • .... I don't.... understand anything it says xD

Em7... I suppose it's got to do with... E minor or something like that... but the 7.... xD

  • ... dude I hope ur trolling me, since this is basic chords stuff... E minor added 7th or (em7) is so basic... How can you play chords if you dont know stuff like that 0.o?

  • Learn them.

  • thank you so much!!! it's really nice from you

  • Your welcome, I hope you enjoy playing this song.
