No pueden comparar al negro tosco y chocador con este genio insuperable. No es nacionalismo. Es de otro planeta en serio. Tiene el mismo dominio de la pelota que del resto del cuerpo. Of course he was a team player ! During the final of the 86 World cup Germany decided to man mark Maradona, they put Mathias on his who followed him everywhere. Maradona adapted his game to give one touch passes to his team mates for the whole game. He was out of this world in that game, controlling the game with just first time passes. He set up two goals in this way, including an amazing volleyed pass for the winner.
You should learn more about a subject before you make silly comments.

Zidane had some of the best dribbling ever. I quote a football pundit: "Zidane is one of the few players in the world who can dribble at the same pace as when hes running without the ball".
Also his free-kick expertise is well documented.
I have to concur that zidane was the best. Maradona is widely regarded by many as either the best or second best. its hard to compare players who play differently. We'll alsio need to see the impact of Messi, he might just bebetter than 'Donna

Maradona's passing and shooting were out of this world. I've never seen a better passer of a ball. Look up the video entitled 'Maradona Passing' on youtube. It's a joy to watch. His passing marked him out as special. He was the complete player.

Thank you for the video, I watched it and was pleasantly surprised. Of the videos I have seen of maradona this passing video was the most impressive. It's hard to make a judgement, since Maradona was before my time, and I grew up with Zidane playing for Juve, for Madrid, and won everything there is to win. It's impossible to say who is the better player. What I will say for sure is that if there ever was a "all time" team, Both would start. Along with Pele and Garrincha. Cruyff sub :P
