Thanks this is a pleasure. Here I'll confide to everyone reading this the secret of Uchimata: what makes the technique work is the "speed" at which you strike your upper thigh against the opponents inside upper thigh. A faster motion impacting a slower one projects the object further..same for osoto, harai goshi, etc

actually, in this case, he's doing an ashi waza type uchi mata as shown in the nage no kata... so...well..the secret lies in...kuzushi...just like any other throw..

holy!... he makes it look super ez, look at him no effort needed, he didnt even need to tiptoe or do a proper swing of the leg. lol he jus did it half way and that guy flew.
