Hey! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard some great things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
Really really good series of vids. And from someone who has already been through back pain for 8 years, it is awesome how you got rid of it. May you hit 97 mark and much more. I am going to get Pilates reformer for myself ans start working on my core. Once again, thanks for the vids. They actually inspired me an gave me a lot of insight into wht should i be doing.
Using a machine like this that exercises the inner thigh (adductors) and then causes the lateral thigh muscles (abductors) to hold and support the overall action is very effective for pelvic floor integrity. This and all the other exercises and machines you have certainly help you maintain proper or at least healthful balance and decreases your pain levels. I commend you on your videos and hope you make it to 97 and beyond. I myself have the Ab-coaster and Pilates-Reformer and USE them.
