@appledelicious123 The original video said it was windy, but that platform has to be slanted anyway. It's not like... steep. But still enough that wind will help it roll.

I don't see it as she did not pay attention. The baby was right in front of her, she could see everything, and she was just adjusting her belt. It was just SECONDS.
This is bad design of a platform. Why is it slanting like that?
