Aside from the moral teachings they tried to shove down your throat at times, and even more so in Season 2, this was one of the best tv series Iv had the pleasure of watching. Season 2 was short (Only 7 episodes), but it tied up all of the loose ends that needed addressing, and left it open for a 3rd go if they ever get the word to startup again, which I truly hope they do.
would like to watch on the net but you notice how they only have select video with commentary. Commentary is there to distract you and make one not want to watch. I still believe the show was taken off because the PTB saw it as a threat.

I bought the DVD set Season ONE & Two. This show really deserved a third season with the alternate ending. The ending everyone saw was to end the series.
@javieljones I know what you mean. Jericho was an awesome show. Every single episode. I mean, you know how you watch a show any show and say "eh this week was OK, kinda boring". But not with Jericho. Every single episode was so awesome an well written. Acting from EVERYONE was incredible.
This could have been one for the history. The first season, the not knowing and simply surviving should have been the main premise. If they kept it that way, maybe the show wouldn't have been canceled. Second season, although with an interesting Allied States of America idea fell off the tracks. Maybe that's why it was canceled.
@wookovar: Hmm..........I'm kinda doubtful of that. There were sure a lot of angry fans who wanted the show to see a 3rd season. CBS actually gave in the first time, believe it or not. Now, we just need another group of angry fans to start another petition, this time to have 'Jericho' back on the air for good.
Jericho season 1 was incredibly good. I can't believe it had such low ratings. Must not have been marketed properly. Season 2 suffered somewhat because of the low ratings that's for sure but it was still a great show overall. Extremely good acting atleast.

I have to catch this usually at 2:00Am on reruns. Such a shame-I think this series was real quality. And Skeet Ulrich didn't hurt the eyes much either. ;)

This really was one of the best Tv Series i have watched.. and they cancelled it. Its a shame, the world of this series is really atmospheric, i hope to see the season 2 soon.

I bought the DVD set Season ONE & Two. This show really deserved a third season with the alternate ending. The ending everyone saw was to end the series.

@javieljones I know what you mean. Jericho was an awesome show. Every single episode. I mean, you know how you watch a show any show and say "eh this week was OK, kinda boring". But not with Jericho. Every single episode was so awesome an well written. Acting from EVERYONE was incredible.

This could have been one for the history. The first season, the not knowing and simply surviving should have been the main premise. If they kept it that way, maybe the show wouldn't have been canceled. Second season, although with an interesting Allied States of America idea fell off the tracks. Maybe that's why it was canceled.

@wookovar: Hmm..........I'm kinda doubtful of that. There were sure a lot of angry fans who wanted the show to see a 3rd season. CBS actually gave in the first time, believe it or not. Now, we just need another group of angry fans to start another petition, this time to have 'Jericho' back on the air for good.

Jericho season 1 was incredibly good. I can't believe it had such low ratings. Must not have been marketed properly. Season 2 suffered somewhat because of the low ratings that's for sure but it was still a great show overall. Extremely good acting atleast.
