The other person - INTENTIONALLY- read the "sentence" in wrong English (?) grammatical order AND Obama is NOT used to BAD grammar and automatically stopped because the "sentence structure was WRONG"- & then the "other" person corrected himself and read it in CORRECT grammatically order & then President Obama (then only) rightfully repeated.

If you were watching CNN, you would have seen the messsage at the bottom of the screen that under the Constitution, Obama became President at exactly 12:00, oath or no oath. I think that over the years, the oath of office has become more ceremonial than official.
