Listing agents trying to educate the buyers agent? Or maybe you don't like the agent looking out for the buyers best interests. I'm sure most listing agents would prefer to receive the full commission.
I've discovered a great system for avoiding all of this. I REQUIRE a deposit from the buyer to be held in a trust account and a 90 day commitment up front. If they wont do that, they don't want the house and we don't want them. That's how to get a good, solid, bankable buyer. Than, you gotta be able to deliver! Good stuff...
