your way of preparation is very simple and good. we were failing with the tortila maker and we'll try as you ppl have shown. Is there any special tip in dough preparation?
Thanks for demo i bought one for my wife but we failed to make soft once they were very crispy because we did not open the lid after pressing.thanks for the tip.
chapatis are looking good, i think it'll b useful . i want to buy this, which brand is yours..... and your kid voice is very cutteeeee, even more for your kid's voice i have viewed ur video several times......
well i ve purchased one and the brand is Eumark but there are so many brands and it is mostly available in exhibitions like electronics . U must keep them separate from water place or other electronics and to use place dough (which is coated with atta powder) more inside (towards the place where the machice cover is attached to Roti plate)and press the cover once gently for few secs.(excess will break roti). and u may add oil only after roti is made in both sides but avoid pressing them again.
d lady cooking d chapatis is without oil.. can i use oil on d chapati as v eat oily chapatis... or is der ny other machine in wich v can make chapati n can also put oil on it? plz help.. my mother is not able to cook as she has her right arm paining.. n i go out studying so...
This is amazing.I just bought a roti maker,Villaware, but my rotis do not turn like that of yours. Please can you tell the brand name of your roti maker & what temp it works.
Excellent video,Chala baga chestunnaru,On what heat are you cooking, and any other tips,I have been trying to make roti's using tortilla maker but mine are very thin on one half and normal on the other half, and many other problems like being a bit hard(saguthunnayi),don't puff up fully ect,Can you please post details like are you adding oil to the dough,water::dough consitency, temp i should cook on,and any other tips..will be immensly helpful and greatly appriciated.Waiting to see your reply..

Continued..
4) Press correctly - Join the handle and the lid at the top, and in one quick motion press and open immediately.
5) Heat correctly - the heating element should be set correctly - ask the demo guy to set it up correctly
6) Store correctly - immediately after roti is ready, remove to a box lined with tissues and close with lid - roti will remain soft.
