  • what ever u guys do try not to split the chapati if u do so they will not bulge try to press the handle smoothly.

  • well i ve purchased one and the brand is Eumark but there are so many brands and it is mostly available in exhibitions like electronics . U must keep them separate from water place or other electronics and to use place dough (which is coated with atta powder) more inside (towards the place where the machice cover is attached to Roti plate)and press the cover once gently for few secs.(excess will break roti). and u may add oil only after roti is made in both sides but avoid pressing them again.

    4) Press correctly - Join the handle and the lid at the top, and in one quick motion press and open immediately.

    5) Heat correctly - the heating element should be set correctly - ask the demo guy to set it up correctly

    6) Store correctly - immediately after roti is ready, remove to a box lined with tissues and close with lid - roti will remain soft.

  • Excellent video,Chala baga chestunnaru,On what heat are you cooking,and any other tips,I have been trying to make roti's using tortilla maker but mine are very thin on one half and normal on the other half,and many other problems like being a bit hard(saguthunnayi),don't puff up fully ect,Can you please post details like are you adding oil to the dough,water::dough consitency, temp i should cook on,and any other tips..will be immensly helpful and greatly appriciated.Waiting to see your reply..
