This video is amazing and just what I needed. I'm the same height as you, close to the same starting weight and I've been on the Eat Clean Diet for about 3 weeks (and lost about 4 lbs so far). I love Tosca Reno, have all of her books. Your video is proof that it can be done, you look fabulous! I'm studying to be a health counselor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and if you think you've found your new vocation, you should check out the school. It's good.
