If you're in the UK and your water is fluoridated, let me tell you this is the EXACT same shit we use - HYDROFLUOROSILICIC ACID. I wrote to my local water board and they confirmed it. I've been on bottled water since.

Get writing to them and let them know we are SICK of their poison! And when they write back saying it's safe, send them a file of science journals proving it's far from safe.

Personally I filter all my water. Don't trust the bottles they leach and the companies often cheat. I can't avoid the water in the shower unfortunately at the moment but have noticed often after a shower I feel a bit wiped out. I don't know if this has anything to do with the type of flouride added to our water. Once again an industry has figured out how to get ride of its toxic waste and have the public pay for it, often with our lives. Thanks for bringing us the news.

A little calcium fluoride is ok it the industrial waste kind they are talking about. I suggest alternating day to day between a fluoride and non fluoride toothpaste as a little calcium fluoride is good for you.
