  • i hope that walter is still alive somewhere :( probably not though.

  • hokey...sad story..but what is the first music name?

  • Hi, Guys, what P.R.China happening these years is more cruel than this movie shows. Fuck P.R.China government,

  • my cousins live in Mira Loma where the killing took place

  • this made me cry and so did the movie! i cant believe there are ppl like Gordon Northcott! RIP Christine Collins and her baby boy Walter Collins! to bad he was never found! :'(

  • This is so sad and terrible, RIP Christine Collins and her little son!

  • wasn't it that the police couldn't find any evidence of the bodies? but they did find objects belonging to the boys as well as blood stains and axes with blood on them?

  • @xBloodyxBelladonnax They did find evidence of bodies. Bones which were identified to belong to young males. There were definitely young boys buried at his ranch at some point. They just couldn't tell who it was.

  • in third world countries this is how life is,i lived in africa for a while.......

  • @geiuy and I've lived there as well, and you're wrong

  • @Lippreader i've lived in nigeria for 10 years and trust me,cases like this where children disappear and police, politians and journalists get corrupted happen everyday.do u think the u.s.a in the 30's where as poor and corrupted like nigeria, burkina faso or liberia?obviously not so i don't get what your talking about

  • @Cla900

Its the only one We've got.

  • When I saw the movie I cried in the ending :( Rest in peace Christine and Walter

  • oh my gosh. i have seen the changeling and i would feel terrible and neglected if that EVER happened to me. there are tons of crazy people like the northcotts. i hate them

  • Police are lying scumbags.

Always have been, always will be.

  • The Two Cents Show has just released their second movie review.. Changeling (2008) starring Angelina Jolie!! Check it out.. its awesome. YouTube search or Facebook search for 'Two Cents Show." If you see the two pennies, you are in the right place!!

  • Him*

  • With all the technology out now u would think they would now if Walter Collins is dead or not! Didn't anyone see hi

  • There is a beautiful song about it, on my channel .. I invite you to listen .. Christine Collins Cries ..

  • I live nearby where the murders took place...

  • what the heck is in the mind that the LA police? and I could not figure out with the doctor, without listening to the explanation of the Christine Collins directly play beat it! fortunately all of them, the doctor with the policeman had been sacked all!

salute for Christine Collins, who never stopped looking for her son. Hope to see her son happy.

  • That Arthur is such a lying bastard!

  • i find it funny when people make comments about ' i hope she is in heaven' or 'they are together now'......... because when i see stuff like this i take it as opposite...... i see it as proof that there is NO god........ because when little kids get molested , raped, kept alive, and then murdered with an axe............ i mean come on, do the math here, what god would allow that?

  • It's hard to believe that something like that actually happened.

  • It infuriated me when I heard all the "What are you talking about? Of course he's your son" CRAP. Maybe Hutchens did resemble Walter a bit, but a mother always knows. Even if Arthur looked EXACTLY like Walter, Christine still would have known. What makes it even sadder is that Chrstine and Walter weren't just mother and son, they were "best buddies" if you will. They were each other's whole world.

Rest in peace, Christine and Walter Collins. You're free now.

  • God rest her soul and take her into his grace. <3 I hope that she's found her Walter, at last. :)

  • THE FOUR STUPID ASS MOTHER FUCKING PEOPLE THAT DONT LIKE THIS HAVE NO FUCKIN HEARTS I HOPE YOU ROT IN HELL IDIOTS R.I.P. CHRISTINE COLLINS.

  • stupid sick fucks! people like this don't even deserve to live!

  • My sympathy to Christine Collins I am a mother of two girls I would know how it feels to lose a child RIP Christine Collins you are a true mother I admire you and thanks for sharing this wonderful video for all of us:)

  • nice wikipedia

  • When I saw "Changeling" I cryed. I Never cry watching a movie.

But I think because it happened, for REAL.

RIP Christine and Walter, who ever did this to you is a ****** bastard...

I hope you have finally found your son,

    and I respect you.

    From the heart<3

  • @FaithfullGenP1997 I was literally SOBBING when I watched it! How could you do that to an innocent child, that hurt, that fear they must've felt! HORRIBLE! I hope Christine Collins is in Heaven now, her son in her arms, and she can be with him for all eternity...And as for Gordon, I'm sorry, but I really hope he's somewhere else!

  • poor christine =(

    R.I.P

  • i am lost for words, tears are rolling down my eyes...to think of everything that walter and his mother went through makes me feel physically sick to the bones. it is the most unbelievably incredible story of a woman, a mother who struggled to find her son and have her rights as to looking and having hope for him, i am deeply inspired and absolutely disgusted at the LAPD and aurther and the murderer ofcourse. it brings great pain knowing that back in those days such nonsense were accepted. :(

  • Sick sick sick family Gordon molesting children and killing them with axes.. I can't believe it.. Gordon mother knew that he was a pheophile and did nothing about it... he even sexually molested and beaten stanford the nephew... This is a sad, I don;t know why mankind could be sooo evil, that they can do this to a little innocent boys... I hope God has mercy on there soul...

  • I hope she's with her son in heaven ='(

  • FUCK YOU ARTHUR HUTCHINS!

  • What is the name is the song playing in this video? I'm doing a project on Christine Collins and her story and it would work incredibly well with the presentation i am making.

  • what i wanna know is how arthur huchins wound up impersonating walter to begin with.

  • @zitalee2 He wanted to get to California to meet his favorite movie star. He hated his stepmother and wanted to get away. He finally admitted to it.

  • @fluffatubbawabbagus i wonder who his favorite movie star was, but whatever i guess

  • @zitalee2 his favorite movie star was Tom Mix. He did a lot of silent Westerns and was known as "the King of Cowboys" and was a megastar in his day (1910s-1920s), but is largely forgotten now.

  • when did christine collins die?

  • @zitalee2 it is unknown when she died even though many sites will tell you different dates. in the late 1940's she actually changed her name because of unwanted publicity and disappeared from Los Angeles public eye.

  • Fuck the LAPD!

  • I've seen this movie its really good my heart goes out to the real Christine Collins because If the LAPD did there job and look for this child when they heard about the wineville murders then a lot children wouldn;t have been slaughtered there

  • Oscars doesn't mean a damn thing anymore when a Movie like Avatar even get nominated.

  • Angelina Jolie was fantastic in Changeling. I can see why she was nomintaed for Oscars.

  • just proves there really are weirdos out there willing to do somthing really slack and stupid to children...

  • love is real

    psi are false

  • angelina jolie is so underated, her acting ability is tremendous,if only script writer were coming up with good stuff,

she portrayedd this era and this woman so well.

  • I think if the police tried looking for her son instead of giving her the wrong son and telling her to go away they could have prevented the wineville murders

  • Very touching movie and a masterpiece. Truly inspirational and insightful. I was especially happy when justice was served. God will carry out justice. Please pray for those who has been abused by corrupted authorities. And may these people who abuse their authorities receive their due punishment.

  • rest in peace ...

  • Walter was killed. End of story. This was a great movie, but a horrible story.

  • this movie is soooo intense. It's almost surreal that this is a true story.

  • this is definetly one of the most tragical stories ever happened.

    rest in peace, christine <3

  • 00:37 , it wasnt just her though.... thats still a law to this day

  • This movie only serves to prove TWO things...

-At any rate and any time, the police authorities are fags. Seriously.

-At any point of her age, Angelina Jolie still CAN act!!!!!!

  • =;"-a MUST SEE MOVIE: a TRUE to LIFE STORY during 1928 w/c addresses POLICE MISCONDUCT & POLITICAL CORRUPT'N!!!

=more so, a story of an ordinary WOMAN, a MOTHER who CHANGED HISTORY

featuring a MOTHER's LOVE to her DEAREST SON! his ONE & ONLY TREASURE!

  • WHEN I SAW this movie in HBO.because im from Philippines now... im so touch of this story.. i was crying while watching this.. the mother shows that she really love her son.. because until now she's still searching her son...

    your a good mother...

and i feel angry to the father of walter...

    i hate him!!!

walter.. if ur still alive till now.. pls come home.. your mother is waiting for you..

she really love you. its she dont have enough time with you because of her work...

  • walter collins must be 81 right now if he really was alive since no evidence of him found at the murder site. it was so sad that christine collins died not knowing where and what her son had become...

  • what does molest mean?

  • very sad story almost cried ;(

  • A sad story which is presented in a very good movie.

  • that is so sad! I can't beleive the police did that to her!

  • Damn 1 of the saddest stories I ever heard. The movie portrayed at greatly but it all made me real depressed.

  • Oh my gosh i can not belive that this really happend! I have been wanting to see the movie for a long time but i think im gonna cry my eyes out!!!

  • I am and was afraid to litterally be outside without someone i knew and trusted whole heatedly for a longtime... and this movie its was just so.. ugh brutal and i love it but it still makes tears flood into my eyes.. that guy who killed little boys i honestly think his mother shouldn't have stood up for him what he did was incredibly wronge and his mind was in a bad place but he kinda deserved that punishment. Anyways AMAZING movie i loved/hated it and for some reason i want to see it again =^ ?

  • this movie made me cry, why would someone do that to younge boys its just horrible. I loved the movie but i hate that its true.

  • this movie was defintely the best ever! i loved it so much...it made me cry

  • well all i want to say is that christine is brave woman.

  • word

  • I loved the film, made me cry lotts more sad than the titanic tbh and i never knew it was a true story intill i finnished watch the film, its such a sad story and i really do feel sorry for christine collins, died without knowing if her son was dead or alive :( R.I.P Christine Collins! You was a very Brave Woman.

  • Best movie ever..very sad

  • great movie 5 out of 4 stars

  • charlize therron was going played christine it was il think even better if she play the role .but see turn down the role

  • really very good movie .clint makes always fine movies one of his best movie il ever saw

  • No, it WAS his uncle, you just think it was his cousin because they said so in the movie, but they made a lot of changes from real life in the movie...

  • that is true

  • Gordon Northcott wasn't Sanford Clark's Uncle! It Was His Cousin!

  • This was a really good movie. I didn't cry, but I felt very somber upon seeing it. I mean, if the part when she had to leave her son behind to go to work was true, then I can't even begin to imagine the type of stress and regret she must've been under.

Damn the LAPD for what they did. Although I don't think they should've put Clark into custody, he was held captive, by his uncle. He was molested and beaten. He didn't want to kill the kids but his uncle threatened to kill him if he didn't.

  • What the LA PD did to that poor woman was beyond monstous.I mean who the hell do they think they are to tell her who her son is?Plus, they put her in an asylum the fuckin's bastards.

    r.i.p Christine and Walter Collins

  • Ah but this was how women were treated back then. :(

  • @mensahcarrelle

From what i heard the LAPD back then as police in general at the time. Beleived they were the right hand of god and could do no wrong.

As most of the public also beleived.

And questioned at their own peril.

  • @mensahcarrelle

it just proves how corrupt the world was back then and still is to this day

    disgusting

  • @Cla900 What saddens me the most is that Christine died without knowing what happened to his son(i presume that he's dead).I hope that they will live happily ever after in Heaven.

  • Omg that movie was incredibly sad. i've never cried so hard for a movie ever.

  • I cried too!!! It was soooo sad!!

  • Wasn't it stated that Walter Collins did get murdered in the Wineville Chicken Coop Murders because Sarah Louise Northcott admitted that she did it?

  • she was lieing to protect her son gordon northcott, but one of the kids they thot was dead showed up and explaine how him and 2 other boys walter being one of them escaped but they split up and the boy never saw walter again... no one did

  • what happened was Sarah Louise Northcott lied and said she killed him so the police would i guess you could say "turn their attention away from her son". She basically lied so her son wouldn't be executed but i guess her plan didn't work very well. I just feel terrible for the families of those children and how unbelievably tragic that must have been. Although what really pisses me off is how Christine Collins died looking for her son. That's what i call sad.

  • This is a very good and emotional story. I cried all through it but I do have to say I will never see it again because of how emotinal it was. It breaks my heart watching movies of kids being murdered. What makes it worse is that it is a true story. Angelina did very well in this movie. It is so sad that Christine Collins have to live the rest of her life not knowing what happened to her son. Again great movie but very emotional.

  • Christine Collins is my hero

  • What a tragedy.

  • I literally think ive been taken by Others (Mad Scientists, Aliens, Time-Travelers, Mutants, Extra-Dimensionals, Fae, Underfolk, a Secret Society, a Top-Secret Government whatever), and was switched for another "Me".

I seriously think I might be a Changeling, a REAL Changeling!

I think I might even have some powers.

  • i live about a mile or to from the ranch and if u want c it for ur self the adress is 6330 winevlle ave mira loma california

  • This movie almost got me in tears and im a 16 year old.

  • This movie was one of the best ive seen. It really brings tears to your eyes at certain moments. I think Angelina should have won a oscar for this. I really hated the way the captain played in this film.

  • I was surprised to see that the movie, "a try story", never even mentions his mother. Strange that they could play so fast and loose with that fact. Also, I have read that Hit chens confessed to not being Walter, that's why they let him go. Also, that he nade up the story of being Walter, not the LAPD...

  • Yes, it's a big part of the "true story" but I didn't feel that it was necessary. They still told the story and held true to what really happened and even so, it is "based on a true story" it's not a documentary.

  • this movie made me cry alot... it wuzzz so sad :,( u cannot watch this movie without crying.

  • LAPD have always been shady this movie didn't come to a surprise to me. So sad that this poor woman had do go through this

  • I just hope walter collin is okay :( sad

  • Yes I think they do

  • did they hang northcott ?

  • yes they did

  • they hung northcott because ne killed 19 kids and I think was charged with first degree murder.

  • I just finished the movie now.

Btw March 10 is my b-day.

  • sad

  • so not right how some of these sick people are towards innocent children.

rest in peace chritine collins...maybe by now you have finally found your walter.

  • @modista86 rip

  • so unfair how the cops were.. so greedy...

there are still some like that =[

and those crazy ppl that actually do these to kids..... thats someone who really is evil.. no heart :(

    good movie.

    sad.

  • Sad movie... it made me cry so much!!!!!!!!!

  • :( that was really sadd

  • this is a sad thing what sanford and gordon did to thoes poor boys. and after all they put christin through, she never found her son.

  • I though gordon was his cousin- not uncle=/ and that gordons mother also was in on this as well??

  • Sanford Was Gordons Cousin.and his mother was in on it also but Clint said that the movie would be too long so they just did northcotts trial.

  • this movie mad me so sad...poor little walter he was a cutte little boy) : it mde me cry whe ni saw the guy buture a kid with an axe

  • REST IN PEACE WALTER & CHRISTINE

  • This was such a good movie.

  • They should've chopped Gordon Northcott (that monster!) one finger at a time each day, cut him up, little by little, so that mother fucker suffers as much as possible for what he did ! GRRRRRRR

  • i couldn't watch when they were all being killed in the hen house :'( it's so sad that that really happened and that they put Christine Collins through all of that and they never found him

  • i watched this lastnight i cried at the part where he was axeing them little kids and i laughed at the part where he was hund =|

  • I think this movie was amazingly done, Angelina's acting in it was absolutely perfect!!!

But it depressed me so much, the way they treated Christine and what Gordon Northcott did to those little boys was so cruel!

  • At first this movie looked really boring, but I cried so much. It was such a good movie. 10/10

  • um thanks lol- i think this was his best movie

  • my older brother played Sanford Clark in this movie.... I think he did a good job :) I know I cant cry on command

  • hes so cute

  • Youre brother did an amazing job !!!!

  • @RabbitsRmyLife I know for a fact that he didn't. Eddie Alderson who plays Sanford Clark has one sibling. An older sister named Kristen Alderson -also an actress-. Don't lie.

  • i didnt really know what to expect of this movie but wow...it made me cry...especially with the kid at the end who they found..jeeze i lost it...when he said he missed his mom

  • Yeah that part was so sad

  • @XeuterpeMUSICX yess so true...this was a very hard moment

  • That such a sad story

  • fuck that police officer to avoid embarassment!

  • I am curious why did that kid pretended to be Walter collins for so long in the movie he was potrayed just like that. What a horrible kid to do something like this to a poor mother..

  • the police told him to. he was impressionable and confused...

  • This film it's fantastic but very sad...

  • i hate sad fucking endings

  • this film is amazing...should have gotten an oscar..

  • I've just seen this movie. Amazing and very sad :(

  • BEAUTIFUL FILM... I SEEN IT.

  • i saw the movie a few days ago and the ending was sad she left the room were david was and said she has hope to find him and that was the end =[ i wanna know what happened 2 walter

  • theyre pretty sure he was killed by the guys mum

  • Jolie was Oscarworthy and nominated. Should have won.

  • i had a hard time deciding which girl deserved it more: kate or angelina. they were both amazing

  • Angelina was better.Kate is also super talented but she she should have won back in 1995 for SENSE AND SENSIBILITY.

  • it s a great movie. too bad she didnt win oscar for the role. Still the story is sooo sad...

  • wow that was a good overview of the movie and the whole christine collins story.. Thanks for making this!

  • i watched this nd it made me cry so much......really dark movie

  • it was not long ago i m wondering why they cant identify the walter body??? Mistery for me. It is very hard for mothers that losses like that. It happened to my uncle he was disapeared, but my grand mom she still keept her hope that one day his son will come back. SOOOSAAAD.

  • Actually, Sanford Clark very clearly decribed when and how Walter jr. was murdered. He did not know exactly where he was buried. Also Gordon Stewart Northcott and his mother Louise confesses that they abused him, made him pray so that he would enter heaven, and then killed him with an axe, though they later withdrew their confessions. But these confession matched very well with Sanford Clark's decription, the blood type on the axe and the setting in the farm.

  • that is disgusting and inhumane. how could you kill little children like that? to be brutally murdered in a CHICKEN COOP! he deserved to die

  • Actully, Gordon Stewart Northcott and his mother Louise (not mentioned in the movie) abused and molested the cildren before they made them prray in fromt of an altar and then they killed them and they tried to destroy the remains with chemicals.

  • anyone know when christine collins died?

  • 1964 they say (u can find her story in wikipedia and internet) but in 1941 she made her last public speach about her son's case.

  • 1961, according to some sources.

She sued and won a lot of cases against LAPD officers until 1954, and tried to find the son or his remains at least until then.

  • love that movie but is to sad T_T

does someone knows about a book of this true story???

  • this is very interesting. i have seen the fiml and it was very good also.

  • I also watched the movie!

in the end i find it really sad because they didnt' find Walter, it break my heart too!

Angelina is a good actor, it seems like we were watching the reality :P

  • i need to see the movie

  • it is amazing. i loved it! but it can be really disturbing. it is one of those heart stopping movies!

  • Whats the first song called?

  • The song is called Truly,Madly,Deeply by Patty Carlson

  • im doing a report on her story for school and i was wondering if anyone knew if they found out later if walter collins had died or not? and anyone know when she was born?

  • It sucks because the information on Christine Collins is hard to find. But maybe I can help u out. To this day Walter Collins has never been found and it is very unlikely that he would still be alive. I'm sorry I don't know where or when she was born, but I'll see if I can find out.

  • thanxx..and our teacher said we need to have atleast 2 book sources do you think there may be any sort of book with info about her

  • just ask the teacher where you can find a book and if she doesn't know than shes a B^%ch because she knows nothing about his project herself.

  • Lol, i had JUST finished watching this movie, its amazingly sad.Angielna (or howeva u speeeeell it;) ) played the part amazingly (lol) i like cried when i saw it. i feel bad she died not knowing what happend.r.i.p christine. (L)

  • That's a brave lady.

  • is it me, or were the northcotts cannibals?

sorry, im just confused... SORRY! but seriously... bones?

or were they used to feed chickens o.0

  • they bodies were buried and rotted. nothing was left except the bones, which were in piles under ground.

  • no, what chickens! they killed em with axes. and buried the bones.

  • so sad :(

  • She never found her lit boy =(
