I've heard of using rose water in different sweet dishes but never in tembleque-- sounds like it'll make a wonderful difference-- I must try this variation of tembleque and I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks for that tip and the recipe-- All my best... Vicky O.

  • Demasiado espeso, parece fuche, para esa cantidad de leche le puso demasiada maicena (cornstarch).

  • I tried it it was delicious thank you

  • @taina361 I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Have a great holiday...

  • I really want to try this out. I've always tried to make this but always failed is so simple I don't know what I do to ruin it lol turns out to be more like a pudding it never goes hard but next time I do it I'll keep stirring until it gets extra thick maybe that's the trick. One question I've tried making it with coconut creme instead of coconut milk is that wrong to use?

  • @emyluv1 I've tried hundreds of recipes to make this. This was the easiest and fail proof way to make it. If it gets too think you just add a little milk. If its not thick enough (which is rarely the case) you keep stirring it. I don't know about coconut cream though- I use coconut milk which really works well. If you enjoy using coconut cream then by all means do so... Please let me know how this recipe turns out for you... All my best- Vicky O.

  • thanks gracias
