    A) don't deadlift in olympic shoes...deadlift with socks, slip on vans, or chucks...

    B)Close your stance a bit.

    C) Try to close your grip and also..

    D) Try to combine your lower back with your leg drive.

    You have good strength at your weight, especially since you aren't doing everything to maximize the weight with what I suggested above...
