'Christmas' itself is never mentioned in this commercial. Nor, in any of the Flintstones episodes is the actual year revealed. What I do know is that the Flintstones had cars, cameras, lawn mowers and vaccum cleaners. That stuff never existed either in the perceived 'early B.C.' time frame, but it interesting to find morons questioning the 'Christmas inconsistency' when this show was nothing more than a modern tongue-in-cheek take on 'Cave Men' to begin with.

This commercial is from the late 80s and it's one of those classic commercials that i remember as kid. I first remember seeing it in the early 1990s and it was still shown on TV well through the 90s. I don't see it anymore on TV, damn shame. But this has to be my fav christmas commercial, and it looked to me like Santa didn't want to share.
