I have never understood all the snickering whenever a Slim Whitman song was played on some movies (like in the movie "Mars Attacks!") It makes me so mad! His beautiful voice being mocked...well, I hope he laughed all the way to the bank! People made fun of Susan Boyle too...people can be total imbeciles!
