  • dont u have to let the dough rise first cause i read u gotta wait like 1 hr then put the sugar and cinnamon

  • @SexyPocahontas27 em NO!!! there is 2 rises, 1 after you finish kneading the dough, this first rising its for about 1 - 1 1/2 Hours, then you push the dough down to taking out all the air bubbles DONT FOLD IT OR KNEAD IT!! cuz at this moment the dough its relaxed and can be streched out, if you fold it you ''Stress'' the dough and it will difficult to flat and put the sugar and cinnamon in, then you cut it in 12 piezes (Cut like 1 inch of each end for make it even) and left rise for 2 hours BAKE

  • @SexyPocahontas27 LOL i know, because of that i overnight the dough in the fridge (the cinnnamon buns already cut after the first rise) and in the morning i just bake them!!

  • Do you have to put waxpaper at the bottom when you bake them? Or does it depend on the pan? Could you use butter or cooking spray instead? I do love a buttery bottom when it comes to pastries! Thank you!

  • @peppersock Nop!!! U can use whatever u have at hand, butter/flour, parchment paper, my best option is shortening/flour shortening doesnt burn that easily than butter!!! BTW i use FOR EVERYTHING my cake release :D 1cup of shortening, veg oil, and flour. mix until lumps disapear (hand mixer is the best option than with hand or stand mixer) BTW2 just rub some in all way the pan :D

  • @elukazina041793 no, yeast is a microorganism and reacts with sugar and makes C02 bubles, and baking powder reacts with acid when cooking, yeast reacts in WARM places, like inside in your OFF oven
