I highly agree with this. It is a shame that "fair players" call themselves fair when they run from reversals. This isn't contrary to running from randoms. I say don't abide by fair rules against someone you don't know.

unless they are fair, like you dont know them, but they still play within the rules. a "fair player" doesn't go outside of the "fair" rules, unless given a good reason. And dont run from reversals, or 3rd reverse, if you can't reverse it, take it and learn from it

What i mean is, when i face randoms. I do not play by the rules. I quit doing that at the end of 2007. If you do that. You are ruining the fun for yourself because 95% of the community is not going to play as if it were a wrestling match. When i play people i know that are fair. I play by the rules.

I would have to agree with frost, most of the people in 09 will usually not play by the rules, as you have seen there are lots of 09 Vids up about people headbutting, choke of doom, and FoF Spamming and much more. So, if you're playing a random person, dont play by the rules unless they are fair players themselves, 'cause you never know, they can be People like Ez n his pals.
