Also, if any new feature needs to be added, its a "report user" function in the comments next to the "report spam" function. Tthere are so many hateful people on youtube, who seem to just sign up to spread their hate, abuse people, stalk people and post threatening comments to people, who, if you block them, just sign up with a new account. I think to be able to report them would be a great feature.

There a LOTS of problems with Youtube that need sorting before new features are added. Its very frustrating. The comments system is terrible, comments dont get through, or when they do get through, they disappear again. When you receive an email telling you you have a new comment, you go to the new comment but theres nothing there, you have to wait something like 5 hours before its finally showing, probably a whole day before it shows permantly. Please get it sorted, its so frustrating

Similarly if I unsubscribe from a channel then the corresponding video thumbnails should be deleted in "My Subscriptions" at once. Sometimes the thumbnail is slightly naughty and I don't want that stuff on my screen.

1. transparency should only change the table background colors and NOT your text and icons. It kinda sucks now, sorry.

I am not a fan of the transparency. About a quarter of the channels i go to now, i have to highlight the whole channel to see the titles of videos, adding a comment, or just being able to tell if it is favorites i'm looking at or there video itself.

Thanks for the update, Powers and Mia...I watched this video before I noticed the updates on the site, so it was cool having them pointed out. I think the subscribe to favorites is terrific! I would suggest: allow for users to create specific "streams" within their channels, i.e. I make skits and vlogs, but my subscribers usually prefer one or the other, so if I made a stream called "VLogs" and another called "SKITS" then my subscribers could choose which they wanted to subscribe to.

Can you please add a Userpic option so people who don't have videos can add a picture of either themselves or anything else instead of that grey cinematic tape picture. They would then have the option to not remain faceless and anonymous if they wish. Good for people who maybe aren't confident enough to add vids or don't have a webcam, but are happy to put a face to their channel.

A new feature that you need:

1) Contests need to be able to prevent contestants who have submitted a video from rating each others' videos. Otherwise contestants can go through and give every video that is not theirs "1 star." Only non-contestant accounts should be allowed to rate videos in a contest.
