Not too bad for a first commentary. One thing I would recommend is disabling voice before you go to record so you don't have to talk over/stop talking and wait for them to finish.
Also one thing Mike likes to do is think of some discussion topics for the video and write them down and whenever I feel like I'm going to run out of things to say I bring up a topic I wrote down. The topics don't have to be related to the game or gameplay but it does help.
When i record with fraps i can only record 1min or something how do you record???
