@Dajida Well including the engine probably around 50-75K+. When the prop strikes the ground while the prop is rotating and the engine is still running the engine is trashed. It breaks a lot of internal parts.

it was informative that there is something called red bull airrace where drivers dive down in water & go back up possibly shoot with a beautiful musical soundtrack,4 drivers performed with different speed with mike mangold etc performing& while going up plane somersaults up & down-though a little risky the timer is automatically attached in cockpit-an entertaining game but adventurous & risks attached.

Kirby took a wrong way while taxing his plane and he had to stop to avoid hitting another aircraft that was parked in front of him. The view in his cokpit isn't very clear when he is taxing. The nose stay high obstructing the front view and he saw the other airplane parked in front of him just at the very last second. He had to stop suddenly, causing the effect you could see and smashing his expensive props.

YYyyya the sad thing is, when that happens (prop strikes the ground) it ruins the engine and you have to tear it all apart. A cessna skylane engine doin around 200hp is about 30grand.. that one, puting out probly over 500hp... probly worth a nice Lexus :S
